The tulle on the skirts tends to get stuck on itself/bunched up with vigorous play or from wearing the skirt for longer periods of time, this is normal. To get the tulle skirt to hang nicely again you can either hold the bodice/waistband with two hands and do a few quick firm shakes (as you would to get sand out from a towel). If this doesn't work you can spritz the skirt with water before shaking as above and hanging to dry. Hand wash only.
